Job Description

Instance IT Solutions is seeking an Implementation Engineer to deploy, configure, and support software solutions (ERP/CRM/custom systems) at client sites, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and deploy software solutions for clients
  • Train end users on system usage and troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate with the development team on customizations and bug fixes
  • Document implementation processes and client-specific configurations
  • Provide post-implementation support

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in software/ERP/CRM implementation or technical support
  • Understanding of databases and basic scripting
  • Good problem-solving and client-facing communication skills
