You will collaborate with product managers, technical experts, and creative teams to deliver effective educational programs. - Participate in learning needs analysis and collaborate on high-level course design with product managers and subject matter experts. - Define learning objectives and structure courses into clear modules and lessons. - Transform technical materials into learner-friendly educational content. - Design practical exercises, assessments, and learning resources that support knowledge retention. - Collaborate with production teams to create engaging visual and multimedia learning materials. - Review and improve existing courses by evaluating cognitive load, difficulty level, and alignment with learning goals. - Incorporate learner feedback and expert recommendations to continuously improve course quality. - Adapt learning materials for different audiences, including onboarding programs, professional training, and certification pathways. - Maintain course documentation, improvement backlogs, and content development processes. - Apply modern instructional design approaches and AI-powered tools to improve content creation efficiency and quality. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced instructional designer with a strong understanding of digital learning methodologies and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. You should enjoy combining creativity, structure, and technology to build effective learning experiences. - At least 3 years of experience working as an Instructional Designer or in a similar learning design role. - Proven experience creating educational content around technical topics such as software engineering, data science, cloud technologies, or related fields. - Strong knowledge of digital learning design frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. - Experience developing different types of educational content, including written materials, videos, exercises, and assessments. - Ability to translate complex subject matter into clear and engaging learning experiences. - Experience using modern content creation and design tools such as Figma, HeyGen, Supademo, or similar platforms. - Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, content development, and instructional design while applying critical review and quality control. - Excellent English communication skills.
