Job Description

IntelliaTech Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our staff augmentation vertical. You will own client relationships, identify new augmentation opportunities, and drive revenue growth for the business development function in Indore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business for the staff augmentation / IT resourcing vertical
  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to fulfill client staffing needs
  • Own revenue targets for the staff augmentation business

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in staff augmentation or IT staffing sales
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and account growth
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of IT resourcing and staffing models
