About the Role: Job Title: Intelligent Automation Developer (UiPath) Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade intelligent automation solutions using UiPath. - Build automation solutions leveraging UiPath Agents, Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Orchestrator. - Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. - Develop, test, deploy, and maintain attended and unattended bots. - Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator across multiple environments. - Monitor production bots, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation performance. - Create technical documentation, solution designs, and process documentation. - Ensure automation quality through testing, governance, security, and best practices. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions. - Contribute to automation standards, reusable components, and Intelligent Automation best practices. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). - Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Agents, Maestro, AI Center, and Document Understanding. - Experience building enterprise-scale attended and unattended automation solutions. - Strong programming/scripting skills in PowerShell, VB Scripting/VBA, Python, or C#. - Experience with SQL databases and Microsoft Azure cloud services. - Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and DevOps/CI-CD deployment practices. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Desired Qualifications (Optional): - UiPath Certified Professional (Associate/Advanced Professional or equivalent). - Experience with AI-enabled automation and Agentic AI solutions. - Exposure to AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies. - Experience integrating automation with Azure AI Services or Cognitive Services. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Web Services. - Experience developing reusable automation frameworks and enterprise automation standards. - Experience in process optimization, automation governance, and enterprise architecture.
