By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio. ### **About the Job:** - Analyze Jira tickets and understand functional and technical requirements. - Develop, test, and maintain application features. - Participate in two-week development sprints. - Contribute to code reviews and follow the team’s development standards. - Collaborate with team members to propose robust, maintainable solutions aligned with client needs. - Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure code quality, performance, stability, and security. - Clearly communicate ideas, recommendations, and technical arguments. - Experience in Java development. - Availability during our working hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. - Ability to work in an Agile environment with regular sprints. - Strong team spirit, including mutual support, knowledge sharing, and participation in technical - discussions. - Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and deliver high-quality solutions. - Ideally - Ability to communicate in French. - Understanding of client realities and operational needs. - Proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to defend and discuss ideas related to code, user experience, and security. - Strong focus on quality, stability, and maintainability. - Technology Stack - Java 21 - Spring - MySQL - Hibernate - JavaScript, ExtJS - Apache Groovy - REST APIs - Git
