Job Description

Increase knowledge of automation through continuous support of local efforts in EE/MEA region. Building competences in the countries and design automation logistics solutions for end customers with aim to increase KION brands footprint in automation in EE/MEA region. # We offer: - Career development in the conditions of a recognized, globally successful company - Comprehensive training in your field of duties - Possibility to travel around the region and beyond - Performance-based competitive salary - Attractive benefit program including bonuses, flexible working hours, home office, 5 weeks of vacation, a company car for private use, other benefits depending on country of employment # Tasks and Qualifications: Your responsibilities - Supporting Network Partners and End Customers in solution design, focusing on complex multi- dimensional projects - Assuring adequate access of Network Partners to relevant solution information in a course of webinars, trainings and workshops - Tailoring solutions to current market situation and organizational structure in dedicated countries - Working as a communication bridge between countries, headquarters and technological partners - Mentoring and development of the sales network, including driving them into competence absorption - Assessing project complexity, budgeting and delivering best fitting logistics automation solution - Development of customer specific and application specific logistic concepts to set up automated guided vehicles (AGV) - Analysis and planning of the end-to-end processes in consideration of complex solution requirements (Product and service requests) - Evaluation and technical qualification of final offers to create a solid base in further project realization Essential qualities and skills - Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Logistics or similar - Proven professional experience in handling projects - Ability to navigate within international structures and communicate with various stakeholders - Experience with automated guided vehicles and intralogistics automation technology such as conveyors, shuttles, stacker cranes etc. is an advantage - Very good English skills required; German or any other East or South-East European language beneficial - Driving licence B - Proficiency with MS Office applications and preferably experience with AutoCad - Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% of time) - International mindset, ability to be persuasive, basic presentation skills - Proactive, structured and solution-oriented personality - Sales & consultancy approach with patience for realization - Analytical thinking supporting identification of opportunities and risks
