Key Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous product briefs into high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and intuitive user flows
• Scale and maintain a robust, component-driven design token system for pixel-perfect consistency across products
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to map friction points and validate design choices
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to ensure design intent translates into functional code without losing fidelity
• Analyze post-launch user data and behavioral metrics to continuously evolve the visual interface

Requirements

• Compelling portfolio showcasing complex responsive web and mobile application designs, with mastery of Figma
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and user psychology
• Solid grasp of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/JS capability) so designs are buildable
• Ability to present, defend, and iterate on design decisions using data and logic
• Must currently reside in the UK with full local working rights, able to work in-person in London 3 days a week
