**Role summary** You will manage infrastructure and operating environments, respond to incidents, and improve system reliability through automation. This role blends hands-on engineering with operational ownership, giving you exposure to cloud, containers, and enterprise-scale platforms. Your focus will include: - Managing Linux and Windows environments - Supporting virtualized and containerized platforms - Monitoring system performance and resolving incidents - Automating repetitive operational tasks - Improving reliability, availability, and scalability **About the team** You will join a globally connected operations environment supporting both Wholesale and Retail Banking services. The team works across infrastructure, platforms, and applications—collaborating closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams.
