KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan (timelines, milestones, and resource allocation). - Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and agency representatives) to ensure project objectives are met. - Identify and mitigate project risks/issues, developing contingency plans, as needed. - Oversee user training, testing, and cutover activities. - Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Ensure project adheres to industry best practices and complies with relevant regulations and standards. - Continuously evaluate and optimize project processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. KEY REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience managing enterprise voice or unified communications projects. - Previous experience leading successful migrations from on-premises to cloud-based systems. - Strong understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Webex Calling platforms. - Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Planview, or equivalent.
