Are you an experienced IT engineer who's ready to lead, not just support? At Focus Group, we're looking for a Solutions Engineer to deliver hands-on installations and support for customers across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire. You'll be the subject matter expert in your specialism – whether that's networking, servers and storage, or cloud – leading projects, solving complex faults, and mentoring the engineers around you. This is a home & customer site based role with real variety: you'll be out visiting customers 3-4 days a week, from small businesses through to enterprise sites, so you'll need to enjoy being on the road and with customers as much as behind a screen.
