About The Role Ideal Siding is looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented IT Support & WordPress Administrator. Key Responsibilities - Onboarding & Admin: Set up hardware, user accounts, and permissions for employees and franchisees. Administer Google Workspace, CRM, LMS, and other core applications. - Tech Support: Provide first-level support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. - Website Management: Administer WordPress websites, including user access, plugins, basic updates, and vendor coordination (DNS, SSL, Cloudflare). - System Coordination: Maintain accurate tech inventory, coordinate equipment purchases/repairs, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure system reliability.
