Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems and autonomous multi-agent workflows
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Build and fine-tune applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop AI/ML models and solutions using Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems
• Evaluate, benchmark, and improve model performance and reliability

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall IT/engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and design patterns
• Proven expertise in AI and Machine Learning
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Must be eligible to work on a C2C contract basis in the US
