Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evolve coding standards for Python, Terraform, JavaScript and others
• Manage the ACT GitLab code repository and optimize pipelines
• Configure and manage AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Lambdas, Step Functions
• Collaborate with Treasury and Technology leaders to gather requirements for strategic projects
• Maintain clear documentation of solutions, PoCs, experiments, and proofs of technology
• Perform knowledge transfer and training for teammates
• Develop clear and coordinated Python code following PEP8 within CPC framework
• Identify and eliminate manual processes across Treasury by implementing AI solutions
• Collaborate across business and IT partners to align with Ally policies and standards

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python development and AI/ML platforms
• Proven proficiency with AWS services and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Experience with GitLab projects, pipelines, and CI/CD optimization
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
