Key Responsibilities

• Lead and head the development team, providing direction and technical guidance
• Develop multiple applications using React Native for cross-platform mobile development
• Build and maintain server-side logic using Node.js
• Implement advanced React.js features and Component Driven Development best practices
• Manage web stack including protocols and web server optimization techniques
• Enforce and follow best practices in code versioning using Git
• Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication
• Contribute to the growth of the company through building a high-performing team
• Create a pleasant and inspiring working environment that motivates the team
• Think innovatively and out of the box to solve complex technical problems
• Perform strong analytical work and troubleshooting across all layers of the stack

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall software development experience
• Hands-on experience developing multiple applications with React Native
• Must be proficient in Component Driven Development (CDD) and Node.js
• Must be extremely proficient in handling advanced React.js features
• Familiarity with the complete web stack including protocols and web server optimization
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, especially Git
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills with ability to give direction to the team
• Ability to think out of the box and be innovative
• Strong troubleshooting skills across frontend and backend systems
