Key Responsibilities

• Create a technical vision to meet short- and long-term business needs
• Ensure long-term quality of design and code across software systems
• Oversee creation and ownership of critical software components
• Lead hands-on design and code reviews
• Help deploy and maintain large-scale production software, ensuring operational excellence
• Translate business requirements into software systems within an Agile environment
• Serve as technical lead on the most demanding, cross-functional projects
• Advise leadership on technical decisions
• Mentor team members on advanced technical issues and support manager growth

Requirements

• 10+ years designing and building software solutions in cloud environments
• 10+ years of experience in modern languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL
• 10+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns
• 5+ years soliciting complex requirements and managing key stakeholder relationships
• Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies (chatbots, voice assistants, LLMs, STT/TTS, NLU/NLP)
• Must be a U.S. Green Card holder or U.S. Citizen
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and their applications in conversational AI preferred
• Experience developing and supporting voice and text chatbots preferred
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field preferred
