Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and responsive frontend applications using React.js frameworks
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences
• Ensure frontend performance optimization and handle real-time blockchain data rendering
• Implement security best practices around user authentication and transaction flows
• Guide and mentor frontend engineers in a fast-paced Web3 environment
• Conduct code reviews and promote modular, reusable design patterns
• Build critical components across the blockchain portfolio, including payment gateways, exchange wallets, tokenization platforms, admin panels, authentication systems, and no-code tools

Requirements

• 6+ years crafting exceptional front-end experiences with React.js across varied digital products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
• Advanced proficiency in the React.js ecosystem, including state management patterns (Flux/Redux), modern toolchains, and high-performance data structures
• Deep fluency in fundamental React paradigms: component architecture, hook implementation, and lifecycle orchestration
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to translate design vision into polished, intuitive interfaces
• Experience with the MERN stack
• Ability to thrive in decision-making within an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
