We are seeking a Java Backend Developer with 4–6 years of experience in building scalable, cloud-native microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, WebFlux, containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and database technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Build high-performance reactive applications using Spring WebFlux. Develop and consume RESTful APIs following best practices. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment. Deploy and support applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases. Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies. ### Qualifications Good to Have Kafka or RabbitMQ Redis caching Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) JUnit/Mockito-based testing Observability and monitoring tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–6 years of software development experience with a strong backend development focus. Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Payments, FinTech, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
