We work with leading technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake, and combine strong engineering culture with a consulting mindset and a continuous focus on growth and knowledge sharing. ## You will be: - designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, - building and enhancing REST APIs supporting business-critical services, - collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions, - writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, - contributing to CI/CD processes and software delivery, - leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and engineering quality. ## Your profile: - 4+ years of commercial experience as a Java Developer, - strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, - experience building and maintaining REST APIs, - solid background in backend development, - practical experience working with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines, - experience using AI-powered development tools in daily software engineering activities, - practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery, - ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions, - good communication skills in English (min. B2), - ability to start the project immediately or within a short timeframe. - Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. ## Nice to have: - experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work, - iInterest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches. ## Recruitment Process: CV review – HR call – Technical Interview – Client Interview – Decision
