**Job Summary** Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This role combines strong backend development in Java with modern frontend work, collaborating across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The successful candidate will contribute to architecture decisions, drive feature delivery, and support CI/CD and cloud adoption to enable business growth and digital transformation. **Software Requirements** **Required Skills (Essential)** - Proficiency in Java and the Java EE platform, including Spring, Hibernate, and JSF - Frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js or Angular) and HTML5/CSS3 - Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs - Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) - Version control experience with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) - Experience with build and packaging tools (Maven or Gradle) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines) - Understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams **Preferred Skills** - Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud deployment - Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - Testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) for back-end;
