Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team building AI-native digital workers for enterprise lending workflows
• Own product direction alongside engineering execution, not just delivery
• Drive every major architecture decision hands-on
• Build the team, technical culture, and delivery practices from scratch
• Ship customer-facing, enterprise-grade applications rapidly in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
• Stay technical while growing and mentoring a strong engineering team

Requirements

• Experience as a startup founder, co-founder, or founding engineer who has scaled a product from 0 to 1
• Background as an engineering leader at an early or growth-stage startup
• Proven ability to stay technical while building and growing teams
• Track record of shipping customer-facing, enterprise-grade applications
• Comfort with high ambiguity and fast, autonomous decision-making
• Fintech, mortgage, or lending domain experience is a strong plus but not required
