Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
- Facilitate talent management processes, including succession planning and career development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and growth.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
