Job Description
Jocata is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our Frontend Development team. As a leading FinTech firm building the Jocata GRID platform — a fast, adaptive digital ecosystem handling millions of transactions per day — we need a strong technical leader who can guide a talented team of developers to deliver high-quality frontend solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for building scalable, user-centric applications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers across Angular, React, and Flutter stacks
- Define and enforce frontend architecture standards and best practices
- Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to deliver features end-to-end
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality across the team
- Drive technical decision-making and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage sprint planning, estimation, and delivery timelines
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and performance issues
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in Angular, React, and Flutter
- Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven experience in team management and technical leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
