Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning and statistical models
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions
• Drive insights from large and complex datasets using statistical analysis and ML techniques
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models into production
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts
• Define and maintain best practices for data science workflows and model governance
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative analytics
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for data science
• Strong background in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and ML frameworks
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud data platforms
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Immediate joiner or currently serving notice period preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad
