Job Description

Kindlebit Solutions is hiring an experienced .NET Developer to lead a team delivering enterprise web applications. The role involves architecting solutions, mentoring developers, and owning delivery quality on client projects, working from our Mohali office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
  • Architect and design scalable web applications using .NET technologies
  • Review code and enforce best practices and coding standards
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on requirements and delivery timelines
  • Manage sprint planning and task allocation

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
  • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a development team
  • Good understanding of software design patterns and architecture
