Job Description

KK Software Associates is urgently hiring a senior Workato Developer with strong AI Agent and MCP experience for a fully remote engagement. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on Workato integration expertise combined with modern API design, SaaS integration, and orchestration skills to build reliable, scalable enterprise integrations and AI-driven automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations using the Workato platform
  • Develop and maintain Workato connectors using the Connector SDK and JavaScript
  • Integrate with SaaS applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Snowflake
  • Implement REST/SOAP APIs and authentication patterns including OAuth2.0, API keys, and JWT
  • Build webhook-based integrations, event streams, and real-time orchestration workflows
  • Apply integration patterns such as pub-sub, request/response, event-driven, and error retry handling
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and environment migration frameworks
  • Build and configure Workato MCP and Genie-based AI agent workflows

Requirements

  • 5-9+ years of hands-on integration development experience
  • At least 3+ years of specific Workato experience
  • Strong understanding of API design (REST/SOAP) and authentication patterns (OAuth2.0, API keys, JWT)
  • Experience integrating with SaaS applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake
  • Proficiency in JSON, XML, JavaScript for Workato Connector SDK scripting, and data transformation logic
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns (pub-sub, request/response, event-driven, error retry)
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and environment migration frameworks
  • Familiarity with webhook-based integrations, event streams, and real-time orchestration
  • Hands-on experience with Workato MCP and Genie creation
