Job Description
We are looking for a KNIME / PowerApps Developer with experience to design, develop, and optimize data workflows and business applications using low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in KNIME for data processing and PowerApps for application development, along with experience in automation and data integration. This role involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to build scalable data-driven solutions.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact you will have in this role:
We are looking for a KNIME / PowerApps Developer with experience to design, develop, and optimize data workflows and business applications using low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in KNIME for data processing and PowerApps for application development, along with experience in automation and data integration. This role involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to build scalable data-driven solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data workflows and pipelines using KNIME for data preparation, transformation, and analytics.
- Build and maintain business applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas/Model-driven apps).
- Develop and implement automation workflows using Power Automate.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, files, cloud systems) into KNIME workflows and applications.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and transformation.
- Design scalable and reusable workflow components for automation and analytics solutions.
- Optimize KNIME workflows and PowerApps performance for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage deployment, scheduling, and monitoring of KNIME jobs and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, applications, and integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Talents Needed for Success:
- 3+ years of experience in low-code/no-code development and data workflow tools.
- Hands-on experience with KNIME (workflow creation, data transformation, automation).
- Experience in Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar).
- Good understanding of data processing, transformation, and integration concepts.
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
- Knowledge of ETL concepts and automation workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with API integrations and connectors.
- Basic understanding of data science / machine learning workflows (KNIME or Python).
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, or audit-related data processing
- Communicates openly keeping everyone across the organization advised.
- Strong communicator who is a self-starter and highly motivated individual
