Job Description
Kody Technolab is looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with leadership, driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and execution
- Drive cross-functional projects and track key initiatives
- Prepare leadership communications, reports, and reviews
- Act as a liaison between leadership and various departments
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, or business operations role
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
