Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and testing machine learning models for real-world use cases
• Support the team in data collection, cleaning, transformation, and analysis
• Experiment with training and optimizing ML models under supervision
• Participate in developing backend components to support AI/ML pipelines
• Explore and implement research papers and open-source solutions as POCs
• Help prototype GenAI applications including RAG-based tools and vector DB integrations
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, plan, and deliver AI solutions
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in AI, ML, and deep learning
• Document learnings, processes, and model results clearly and concisely

Requirements

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields
• Solid understanding of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data preprocessing techniques
• Exposure to SQL and data handling techniques
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
• Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Exposure to GenAI concepts like LangChain, RAG, and vector databases (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with NLP or Computer Vision projects (preferred)
• Awareness of MLOps practices or model deployment methods (preferred)
• Understanding of mathematical foundations behind ML algorithms (preferred)
