Job Description
Laiba Technologies is urgently hiring an Agentic AI Engineer for an Oil and Gas domain engagement based in Conroe, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a strong background in AI/ML, LLM deployment, and autonomous agent development. Oil and Gas domain experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI solutions, and will work on building and deploying end-to-end AI agents and autonomous workflows in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end AI agents and autonomous workflows for Oil and Gas domain use cases
- Develop and maintain RAG pipelines and LangGraph-based agentic systems
- Deploy and monitor LLMs in production environments
- Build and integrate REST APIs to support AI-driven workflows
- Leverage Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cloud, and Databricks for AI solutions
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM interactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with domain experts and engineering teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML and Agentic AI
- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and Prompt Engineering
- Hands-on experience with RAG Pipelines and LangGraph (or equivalent frameworks)
- Experience with LLM production deployment and monitoring
- Proficiency with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cloud, and Databricks
- Oil and Gas domain background is mandatory
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Master's degree in a STEM field (preferred)
