Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLM-based frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Build autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and multi-step task execution
• Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and enterprise tools
• Develop and maintain prompt engineering strategies and memory systems for agentic pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in production environments
• Monitor and optimize agent performance, reliability, and safety guardrails
• Conduct research on emerging agentic AI techniques and apply them to real-world use cases

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python and AI/ML development
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
• Knowledge of large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and their APIs
• Experience building multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and tool-use integrations
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)
• Understanding of agentic design patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Reflexion, etc.)
