We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries. ## Job Description We are looking for a **Lead AI Engineer** to join our Sofia engineering organization and lead the delivery of AI-native software solutions across our decisioning platforms. This is a senior technical leadership role with line management responsibility, combining hands-on engineering, architectural ownership, and people leadership. The role strengthens our capability to deliver AI-first solutions at scale, while building and leading engineering teams.
