- Heuristics and problem solving: apply both structured methods and practical heuristics to frame and solve complex, ambiguous problems, combining data driven insights with the art of problem solving.
- Data foundations: define and maintain standard data models, KPIs and reports across MRO shops, suppliers and internal functions, working with complex data structures where needed.
- Data pipelines: design, build and run repeatable data pipelines from shop, ERP, planning, quality and supply chain systems into governed analytics environments.
- Analytics and reporting: develop and sustain operational and management dashboards for MRO shops and Global Supply Chain using Tableau, Power BI and Excel, ensuring that visualizations clearly communicate key insights and model outputs.
- Data quality and standards: monitor data quality, drive root cause fixes and keep clear documentation for models, metrics, pipelines and reports so that solutions are transparent and repeatable.
- Continuous improvement and Lean: provide data and insight for Lean and productivity initiatives, use simple problem solving tools and techniques and track the impact of changes over time.
- Stakeholder partnership: work closely with shop leaders and Global Supply Chain teams to understand needs, prioritize work and support strategic projects.
- Team player: work with passion and commitment to reach company goals, sharing knowledge, best practices and helping upskill others in analytics tools and methods.

- Strong proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI, or strong Excel skills with the ability and motivation to be upskilled on these platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including structured analysis and the use of heuristics where appropriate.
**Desirable**
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional, remote teams.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to deliver against business goals with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to translate MRO and supply chain business questions into data requirements, models, analyses and clear, actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with Lean methodology and practical problem solving using simple tools and techniques.
- Experience integrating data from ERP, planning, quality and shop floor systems into analytics and modeling solutions.
- Ability to work with local and remote resources to close complex projects in due time and to prioritize requirements and manage small project backlogs.
- Strong program or project management skills, including planning, follow up and stakeholder communication.
- Passion for developing sustainable, standard and lean data processes that support shop floor and supply chain operations.
