Lead the development of scalable Telecom Core Network solutions, bringing together expertise in 4G/5G, LCS, distributed systems, Linux, databases, and cloud-native technologies to solve complex real-world challenges. Seeking a Lead Developer with strong Telecom core domain expertise across 2G/3G/4G/5G Core Networks, VoIP/VoWiFi, and Location Services (LCS). The role requires hands-on experience in C/C++ or Java development, deep understanding of 3GPP standards and telecom protocols, and expertise in Linux, databases, and cloud-native technologies. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, carrier-grade telecom solutions. ### Responsibilities - Application Development – Designing, coding, and implementing software applications. - Ensuring scalability, security, and performance of applications. - Working with cross-functional teams, including Architects, product managers, and QA Testers. - Creating technical documentation for code, processes, and applications - Troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks in applications. - Mentoring and supporting developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Reviewing & Optimizing applications code quality and performance - Participating in software architecture and design discussions, contributing ideas and solutions - Keeping up to date with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends. ### Qualifications Must Have Skills - A Graduate / Post graduate in Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of software development experience with strong Telecom domain expertise in 2G/3G/4G/5G Core Networks, VoIP/VoWiFi, and related call flows/protocols. - Hands-on development experience in C/C++ or Java with strong knowledge of Multithreading, IPC, and Client-Server architectures. - Deep understanding of 3GPP standards (E-UTRAN, NG-RAN, IMS), SS7, Diameter, SIP, HTTP2, and Location Services (LCS). - Expertise in Linux, SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, Cassandra), and Cloud-Native/Containerized environments. Good to Have Skills - Knowledge of Location Services (LCS) positioning methods such as CID/ECID, TDOA, and AGNSS. - Experience with OpenStack, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker/Podman, Helm, and Kubernetes platforms. - Programming knowledge in Golang, Python, Lua, JavaScript, or Shell scripting. - Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Ansible, and Agile software development methodologies. ### About the Company Advancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.
