You will work closely with software development and QA teams to streamline release processes, improve deployment reliability, and ensure high system availability across multiple environments. What You Will Do - Design, manage, and optimize Azure DevOps (ADO) CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes. - Develop, administer, and enhance Jenkins pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous delivery. - Build and package Windows installers (MSI/EXE) using the WiX Toolset, including Bundles and Bootstrappers. - Manage application build, release, and deployment activities across development, testing, staging, and production environments. - Configure, administer, and maintain Windows Servers, including application and database server environments. - Troubleshoot deployment failures, service startup issues, and environment-related problems to ensure application stability and availability. - Utilize Git for source code management and develop PowerShell scripts to automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks. - Collaborate with Software Development and Quality Assurance teams to resolve application, infrastructure, deployment, and database-related issues. - Continuously improve deployment processes by identifying automation opportunities and implementing DevOps best practices. Qualifications You Must Have - Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 3+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Build & Release Engineering, or Deployment Engineering. - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) CI/CD pipeline creation, administration, and troubleshooting. - Experience developing and maintaining Jenkins pipelines. - Strong experience building Windows installers using the WiX Toolset (MSI/EXE, Bundlers, Bootstrappers). - Experience administering Windows Server environments. - Proficiency with Git version control. - Experience writing PowerShell scripts for automation. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to application deployments and infrastructure.
