With offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Tauranga, we work with leading organisations across Aotearoa to deliver smart, pragmatic, and impactful digital solutions.  About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi We are looking for highly experienced Full Stack Developers to lead a team working on an interesting array of customer projects. Demand for our expert development services is at an all-time high and our need for contractors (and permanent staff) is urgent. We implement cutting-edge solutions using various technologies and platforms. As a Technical Lead, you'll liaise with customers and stakeholders, and work with your team to design, develop and implement web applications, primarily focusing on the Microsoft stack. Skills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako Essential experience: - At least 8 years of commercial experience with the Microsoft development stack - .NET/.NET Core Framework, C#, MS SQL - Web development experience across Angular 10+, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript - Web application API development experience, including ASP.NET APIs, Azure Functions/API Management, or similar frameworks - Superb communication skills, oral and written, and ability to articulate technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders - Customer-facing experience, both in terms of presales activities and project-led interactions - Demonstratable experience in leading teams of developers - Experience with setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) especially in the context of build and test automation - Experience with cloud-based web solutions, specifically Azure - Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) to aid development - Knowledge of Agile practices, with experience working in Scrum and Kanban teams Nice to have: - Web development experience using React and other similar frameworks - Relevant Microsoft certifications - Experience in non-Microsoft tools and frameworks - Exposure to Scrum or other Agile-based frameworks and methodologies About us | Mō mātou Our people are awesome problem solvers who love turning tech into real world solutions.
