Job Description

Role Summary He/she is responsible for leading deliver high-quality software solutions, plays a critical role in fostering a productive and innovative development environment, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning team efforts with business goals. This position requires a technical background, proven leadership abilities in handling Pega frameworks related projects. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management: - Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery. - Resolve team conflicts and address performance issues constructively. - Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to the team's projects. Project Management & Delivery: - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects within established budgets and timelines. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment. - Ensure effective communication of project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders. Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: - Champion continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and practices. - Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures, including code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing. - Drive initiatives to improve code quality, system performance, and reliability. - Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Strategic Contribution: - Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the organization. - Collaborate with senior leadership to align team objectives with broader business goals. - Identify opportunities for innovation and technological advancement within the team's domain. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Strong hands-on experience (13+ years) with handling Pega projects and Smart investigate framework knowledge - Solid understanding of software architecture. - Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
