Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an SAP ABAP Lead to lead and drive the technical aspects of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of SAP consultants, ensuring the successful implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions. ### Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. - Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. - Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture designs. - Ensure the quality and performance of SAP S/4HANA solutions through rigorous testing and optimization. - Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, migration, and enhancement projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team. - Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing. ### Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP S/4HANA projects. - Proven track record of leading and managing SAP ABAP teams, with strong leadership and mentorship skills. - Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ALV, BAPIs, and user exits. - In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration strategies, and best practices. - Experience in SAP Fiori and UI5 development is highly preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ### About the Company ABOUT US: Bristlecone is the leading provider of AI-powered application transformation services for the connected supply chain.
