Your leadership and technical skills will be key in driving innovation and providing effective solutions. ### Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. - Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. - Collaborate with functional consultants to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications. - Implement and rollout SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - Enhance and optimize existing SAP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. - Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams during project execution. - Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards, maintaining high-quality code and documentation. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, driving innovation within the team. - Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. ### Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong track record of leading technical projects. - In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture, including core modules and functionalities. - Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills. - Excellent understanding of SAP development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ALV, BAPIs, and performance tuning techniques. - Experience with SAP HANA database and its integration with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred. - Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP UI technologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying updated with the latest SAP technologies. ### About the Company ABOUT US: Bristlecone is the leading provider of AI-powered application transformation services for the connected supply chain.
