ABC Fitness Solutions builds comprehensive, scalable technology and software designed to manage and grow fitness businesses of all sizes. We need a Lead Backend Developer to design APIs and data layers, improve performance and reliability, and grow the backend practice - including code review, standards, and mentoring. You will lead through technical direction, influence, code quality, mentoring, and cross-functional partnership — not through people management.
