We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to lead the development of full-stack solutions. This role involves guiding a team, architecting robust systems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Get to Do:As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in contributing to delivery within a collaborative scrum team, providing technical guidance while supporting high-quality outcomes. - Contribute to the design and delivery of features, including coding, optimisation, automation, and ensuring alignment with architectural and performance standards - Collaborate with the team to plan, estimate, and deliver work through backlog grooming, sprint execution, and releases to production - Support uplift in development practices, CI/CD automation, and AI capabilities across the team - Foster a positive, collaborative environment to deliver robust, scalable, and pragmatic solutions - Champion strong engineering practices, contribute to managing technical debt, and support the team’s technical direction - Take shared responsibility for production health, including deployments, monitoring, and ongoing support of delivered features - Work with the team to identify and resolve technical risks, escalating blockers appropriately - Contribute to mentoring and knowledge sharing to build overall team capability What You Will Bring: - Relevant tertiary qualification/degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) - Software engineering experience of 8+ years as a full stack developer - We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
