This role requires deep expertise in modern software development practices, a passion for emerging technologies, and the ability to provide strong technical leadership and mentorship. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the platform, ensuring it is scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable for long-term growth. **What you will be doing** - Responsibilities - Architect and implement a modern Assessment platform using technologies such as TypeScript, React, React Native, Flutter, and GraphQL. - Establish and champion best-in-class engineering practices to ensure systems are modular, scalable, resilient, and flexible. - Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and quality metrics to maintain high engineering standards. - Lead technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and provide hands-on guidance across the engineering team. -
