Business Process Management (BPM) Advanced Hands-on experience with BPM platforms such as Camunda, IBM BAW, Pega, or similar workflow automation tools. Apache Kafka Advanced Extensive experience designing event-driven architectures, messaging solutions, and Kafka-based integrations.
