The Lead Web Developer manages development of rich, interactive user experiences across all kinds of diverse web platforms. We are looking for a person who will have a passion for technology and the will to find the best way for Frontend and Backend development, while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and will be driven to help push web development initiatives. ## Tasks What you will do Your most important task is to help your team deliver good software projects and platforms that the whole team is proud of. That can include the following tasks - Lead position of the web development team, working with project managers and UX/UI designers. - Design and write code & system architectures for web applications that scale to high-volume production quality. - Deciding in Cooperation with our CTO about Frontend and Backend Techstack changes - Assist project managers to make sure the backlog is efficiently planned and occasionally assist in technical discussions. - Write automated tests to build and support the Hypercare Team maintaining the software - Do code reviews with your team members. - Learn new technologies, languages, and techniques so that you are able to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients. - Contribute and collaborate in the creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing technologies and infrastructure. - Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation. - Collaborate with other team members to define the internal processes and initiatives to help the company accomplish its mission ## Requirements What you will have: - 5+ years of professional web development experience - At least expert experience with a modern JavaScript framework like React JS/Redux, Vue JS or Angular JS and one popular Backend Languages like PHP, Ruby, Python, Java or JavaScript for Node.js - High confidence in working with new tech-stacks that you haven't worked with before (platform agnostic) - Advanced experience in writing automated tests for web applications - Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems. - Experience with front-end architecture in an enterprise-level website - Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Confidence in communicating in English. - Experience with agile development and agile based testing approaches - Good command of English communications and presentation ## Benefits Career & Continuing Education - Benefiting from success together: For compensation, we follow the principle of good pay for good performance.
