About the Opportunity
This is your chance to join a creative and driven team of learning experts to deliver fresh and meaningful “aha moments” to thousands of staff across our business.
Sitting within Reece’s Workforce Innovation and Insights team and based at our modern head office in Cremorne, this important role helps develop and deliver digital learning experiences on a broad range of topics. This includes everything from Safety and Compliance to Leadership, Personal Development, Product Knowledge, Selling and more.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll get the chance to walk in the shoes of the people you’re designing for, to better understand their world and needs. It requires excellent stakeholder management along with the creativity and skill to turn complex information into effective learning experiences. We’re a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality work, whilst ensuring we have plenty of laughs along the way.
About you
This position will suit someone with experience in learning design, ideally within a large, complex organisation. To be successful in the role, you will:
- Confidently design and develop high-quality learning content across multiple formats, including eLearning activities, guides and resources
- Write content that’s clear and engaging to help make the experience of learning at Reece both impactful and enjoyable
- Have a strong grasp of e-learning design software, specifically Articulate Rise as well as experience with Learning Management Platforms
- Create detailed learning blueprints, including learning objectives, content structure and evaluation strategies
- Work with visual teams to develop and deliver media assets (including animations, photos and interviews)
- Be able to independently manage timelines, risks and develop strong and collaborative working relationships within your team and with stakeholders
- Be willing to “go into the field” – visiting different Reece sites to understand how our business works and ultimately develop more effective learning solutions
- Help shape how we use AI and digital innovation in learning, while keeping people at the centre of what we do.
Graphic design experience (i.e. proficiency with Adobe Illustrator) will be highly regarded, though not essential.
