Role Overview As a Legal Engineer at Newcode.ai, you are the critical bridge between our customers and our product & engineering team. You will embed yourself deeply into the workflows of our customers — building a genuine understanding of how they work and where AI can make a meaningful difference — then translate those insights into AI-powered solutions, optimized prompts, and structured workflows that deliver real, measurable value. You will serve as a strategic partner throughout the entire customer journey, guiding firms from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and long-term value realization, while acting as an internal advocate for their needs and a driving force behind our AI product development. At the same time, you will bring a commercial mindset to the role — owning customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and getting your hands dirty configuring and improving the product itself.
