Job Description

Leo Placement Consultants is hiring Software Developers (Freshers) for a full-time role based in Pune (Baner). This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who have built a foundation in programming through coursework, internships, or personal projects, and are ready to start their career in software development while working US shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, test, and maintain code using languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Work with SQL and databases to support application development
  • Collaborate with the development team on assigned projects during US shift hours
  • Apply strong programming fundamentals to solve real-world problems

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA/MCA or related technical degree
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, C++, or similar languages
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work in the US shift
