You will analyze model outputs, iterate on training processes, and implement strategies to optimize performance, all while maintaining a keen awareness of the latest advancements in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in model development and fine-tuning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with natural language processing frameworks. - Strong understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms. - Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques specific to language models. - Experience in deploying models in production environments.
