Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java/Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and Python, a deep understanding of software architecture, and experience building high-performance distributed systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and/or Python
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps teams, and product managers
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Ensure code quality using unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong expertise in Java and/or Python
  • Experience building high-performance, distributed backend systems
  • Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
