Job Description

LTM is hiring a Senior Java React Developer for a fulltime, onsite role in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will design and build scalable enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, working closely with Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-grade software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs while integrating frontend applications with backend services
  • Develop reusable, responsive UI components using React.js
  • Implement state management, routing, and API integrations in React applications
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production issue resolution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong experience with Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate
  • Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Hooks, Redux, and Context API
  • Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
  • Experience with Git, GitHub/Bitbucket, Maven, and Gradle
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Preferred: knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
  • Preferred: experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Tekton, or Harness
