Responsible for working with manager in planning, analyzing, developing and improving preventive maintenance guidelines. Including providing training to educate about the guidelines for maintenance of machinery in the production process and utility system for personnel in the department. You commonly work with a team of professionals and/or outsource to ensure the smooth of production line due to sufficient utility control and good machinery condition and ensuring the compliance of company policies, laws and other relevant legislations, correctly and consistently across the organization. Improve and reduce costs in the facility, utility and maintenance process for the benefit of the production department. In order to prevent accidents while working with both people and equipment, it also has a responsibility to define, regulate, and incentivize safe work. • Contribute to the establishment of methods and procedures for the work of the agency. • Participate in planning, installation and improvement of machines for production. • Meeting with the production department, there is a need to modify equipment or adjust the value of machinery to increase production capacity, which must be approved by the CMC meeting. • Jointly design and improve production machinery to meet engineering requirements. • Coordinate with external service providers to design and improve machines with engineering and maintenance departments. • Participate in the planning of the installation of the machine according to the specified engineering standards. • Jointly control the installation of facility and utility of external service providers. • Jointly inspection and commissioning in the facility and utility used in production to meet the engineering requirements, in case of supplier work. • Jointly plan preventive maintenance of machinery. • jointly analysis ddevelop and improve preventive maintenance plans. • Collaborate with external providers to analyse and find solutions for new and unprecedented breakdowns. • Participate in the planning and management of spare parts inventory to have sufficient quantities for use. • Participate planning for instruments calibration by inhouse calibration and send to outside laboratory. • Coordinate with supplier for calibration outside laboratory. • Participate in the organization's work goals, as well as follow up on the work, evaluate the results and provide information back to the team. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. ### About the Team Driven by a passion for partnership as well as innovation, HOYA has been a partner to Eye Care Professionals for over 75 years, enabling them to give people the greatest gift, the gift of vision.
